In addition, the U.S. Census Bureau’s findings indicate that among the top 20 fastest growing cities, more than half are located in the Sunbelt; in other words, the warmer regions of the country – such as Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale, Gatlinburg, Nashville and Myrtle Beach, among many others.
