We are delighted to share the news that Cynthia B. Taylor, formerly of Stewart Vacation Ownership, has accepted Grand Incentives’ newly-created position of VP of Business Administration. The need for the position stems directly from our rapid and expansive growth. Cynthia was the ideal choice because of her extensive industry background.
As VP of Business Administration, Cynthia will be the liaison between our Sarasota Corporate Office and its travel club locations in the U.S. and Caribbean.Her responsibilities will include monitoring performance and production, improving efficiencies to positively impact profitability and to ensure a first class customer experience. In this capacity, Cynthia will work closely with CEO Jose Martinez and COO Larry Biondi to support various business development initiatives.

Cynthia joined Stewart Vacation Ownership in March of 2009 as the Eastern Regional Operations Manager, and has served the real estate title and vacation ownership industry for 14 years. Prior to joining Stewart, she was Vice President of a developer-owned title agency. Within the same company, Cynthia was the Legal Department Administrator and headed the Regulatory Compliance and Registrations Division. Her diverse experience gives her unique expertise of developer operations, title knowledge, and multiple resort and vacation ownership structures. She has participated in many industry forums, committees and association boards. Cynthia holds a Paralegal Certificate.
